Green Tea

The water should be SIMMERING, not BOILING (80℃)!  If the water does come to the boil, allow it to settle for about 1 minute before pouring on the tea.  Ignore this important step and the leaves will turn yellow.

Use about 1 teaspoon per 300ml cup.

Let draw for a short period of time according to your own taste.  Do not brew for too long, otherwise it might taste bitter.
