Herbal Infusions/Fruit Infusions

Bring water to the boil (90-100 degrees).

Use about 1 teaspoon per 300ml cup. 

Let draw for about 1 ~ 5 minutes depending on individual tastes.  However, it is claimed that brewing for at least 5 minutes will ensure all the active goodness is released. 

Honey or a slice of lemon may be added if desired.
